Service Pro Titans recently completed a professional Trane water source heat pump installation in South Loop, Chicago. The new system provides dependable heating and cooling while improving year-round indoor comfort.

Water source heat pumps serve many Chicago condominiums, apartments, high-rise buildings, and commercial properties. These systems provide heating and cooling by transferring heat through a building’s shared water loop. Proper installation plays an important role because the equipment connects to water lines, ductwork, electrical components, drainage, and system controls.

Professional Heat Pump Installation

Service Pro Titans first inspected the existing water source heat pump and surrounding components. Our technicians checked the water connections, ductwork, electrical supply, thermostat, drainage, and available installation space. They then carefully removed the existing unit and prepared the area for the new equipment.

Next, our technicians installed the new Trane water source heat pump and connected it to the building’s existing systems. They completed the necessary water, electrical, ductwork, drainage, and control connections. The team also inspected each connection to support reliable system operation.

After completing the installation, our technicians tested the new heat pump in both heating and cooling modes. They checked airflow, temperature, water circulation, thermostat operation, drainage, and overall performance. These tests helped confirm that the system operated properly.

Reliable Heating and Cooling

A new water source heat pump can provide consistent indoor temperatures and dependable year-round comfort. New equipment may also reduce unexpected repairs and improve energy efficiency.

Professional installation can help prevent problems with water connections, airflow, drainage, electrical components, and system operation. Proper setup also supports reliable performance and easier future maintenance.
