Rob from Service Pro Titans is a real lifesaver and I highly recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their hot water boiler system. When my circulator pump coupler broke and then started having other noise issues last winter, Rob came out the next day and was able to diagnose and solve the problem.
Losing heat during winter was very stressful for me. I am extremely grateful to have called Service Pro and gotten help from Rob.

I’ve been using Service Pro Titans for the past few years for regular HVAC maintenance so I called when our furnace stopped working. They came by the next day and diagnosed the broken part, made a clear case for why a new furnace made sense and provided a competitive estimate that held up against two other providers. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile. My technician, Daniel, carried a ladder up four sets of stairs so that he could get a good look at my AC and confidently estimate the cost of replacement. The two other providers just hand-waved it.
The actual install experience was a total breeze. They pulled out the old furnace and AC, swapped in the new units, and made sure everything they touched still worked, including my doorbell that happened to have a transformer nearby. Jeffrey had it fully in control the whole time. I feel in safe hands using Service for Titans as my HVAC provider going forward.

I live in an older home with a steam boiler that needed some immediate attention. Rob came out late in the day and fixed my old boiler and showed me exactly what he was needed and how to take care of any small issues. He was efficient, prepared and patient. He took care of the shoddy work that was done by unscrupulous repair people earlier in the week. Highly recommend.

We needed a whole home humidifier to help protect our wood floors in the dry winter months, and Service Pro Titans were a pleasure to work with. We were scheduled and installed within a week's time, we are very pleased with our experience and will be back when it's time for a new furnace down the line.

It hurts to write this review because I used them for many years and they seemed knowledgeable. I recently had a air conditioner yearly check which they said I was low on freon or whatever gas it is. He said to check for a leak would be 900 because the used some other gas to test for the leak after pumping out the system. I didn't have 900, So he just refilled and said we will check again next year. I thought I was still under warranty since it is only 2 years old, so I called and spoke with the office. I was told again that they can come out and check for a leak for 900 and my warranty only covers parts not labor so I would have to pay 900 to see where the leak is at and then pay for the labor to fix a very young unit.
I called around and other places check for leaks with a sniffer which is included in the $89 or whatever service fee. I then thought back when they did a duct cleaning for me. They were to take before and after pics to show me. I saw one pic of before and after. The cleaning seemed to be an almost too fast process for duct cleaning and instead of taking off the panels of the duct work they made holes in the duct work and plugged them up after. I was never consulted on that. Other companies just unscrewed panels. That wasn't cheap either. Be cautious with them.

I've been using Service Pro Titans for years, I'm on their Comfort Plan. They are true professionals. Every problem I've had over the years, either with my furnace, AC or thermostat, they've known how to solve. Their prices are very fair as well. Every person I've dealt with at Pro Titans was very knowledgeable, polite and clearly explained what they found and what their solution would be before actually doing the work. That I really appreciate. You can't go wrong using Service Pro Titans in my opinion.

I needed emergency AC repair in the middle of a heat wave. I called Service Pro Titans and a technician arrived within three hours of my call. The tech was great; he explained every step of the process and discussed the cost with my landlord over the phone. He fixed the issue quickly, much to my relief. First time using Servpro Titans. Had an issue with my AC and phoned the business on a Tuesday. The woman who took my call was kind and very helpful in getting a technician out to my home the following day. The technician arrived within the given time slot and resolved my issue. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. The pricing for the service call was VERY economical as well as parts and installation of new parts. I would recommend Servpro Titans over and over.

Highly knowledgeable and skillful professionals, top quality equipment. They did an expert job with an emergency install to replace my furnace in February. Then the A/C condenser's time was up in May and I got the best team again. Big thanks to Jose 1, Jose 2, and Javier for being great at what they do, and being so considerate and accommodating. They definitely are pro. I've worked with many contractors on 3 properties and this team is tops!

Service Pro Titans did an excellent job replacing an old heat pump in my home. They didn't try to upsell me something more than I needed like some other companies did when I got quotes. They have fair pricing and are honest. The job was tricky; they had the best idea to fix the problem and were able to do all of the work without me needing to use other contractors, like other HVAC companies said I would need to do. They completed the job earlier than expected and also found a rebate to save me money. I look forward to working with Service Pro Titans again the next time I have any heating or cooling needs!

What a great experience! We have had 3 technicians from 3 different companies out over the years to address our 3 coil fan units with terrible results. I wish I found Service Pro Titans sooner. They arrived quickly, immediately diagnosed the issues, made a plan to correct, and followed up flawlessly.

They were great! After our furnace blower motor blew out for the second time in a month, I went with professionals instead of trying to fix myself again.
David the technician was communicative on time and punctual. Besides replacing the motor, he addressed the root cause, and reduced the gas pressure to make a more even temperature differential.
We now have a steady consistent heat, instead of super hot for a bit and then cold again. It no longer sounds like a truck is starting in our basement when the furnace kicks on. Twelve years (TWELVE YEARS!) we lived with the loudest noise in the world waking us up in the middle of the night, and David solved it in a few hours.

We had a very good experience with a recent service visit from Service Pro Titan. They responded to our request for a visit to address an issue involving our boiler. They graciously granted our request for a visit on the same day of our call and quickly came to our home and corrected the issue. The technician was friendly and very professional.

Our furnace died one morning in January. Not good! But David was indeed a reliable and professional technician. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issues and got our household set up with a regular maintenance schedule- all on the same day that our furnace broke down and with plenty of time to protect our home from an arctic blast. 5 stars.

Service Pro Titans just completed their seasonal inspection of my furnace. The technician was timely, professional, friendly, efficient and gave me clear feedback with pictures on the condition of my heating system. Filters were checked and replaced and system performance evaluated.
I have been far more impressed with Service Pro Titans than I had been with Sears, Geek Squad or independent service providers. I recommend them highly.

We would highly recommend working with Service Pro Titans. Our tenant's furnace went out unexpectedly and we called Service Pro Titans based on a Google search/reviews that evening around 8pm and they were able to come out the following day. Their service window was large but we received a call when our technician Jeffrey was 30 mins out and again from Jeffrey himself when he was here confirming our address. Jeffrey was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to problem solve the situation within minutes. Thankfully he had the part in his vehicle and we had a working furnace within 30 mins of his arrival. We also appreciate that they provide a warranty for the part they replaced. Thank you again Jeffrey and Service Pro Titans!

I have been using Service Pro Titans for over a year now. This company is very professional and they do not try to sell you anything you don't need. They were able to save my air conditioner for a year. It needed replacement, but I wanted to wait until this year. Their prices are very fair and they do great work. Everyone that has been here has been very friendly, as well. I would highly recommend Service Pro Titans.
