Reliable heating and cooling for Burr Ridge’s estate homes and corporate corridor
Service Pro Titans provides heating, cooling, and indoor air quality service throughout Burr Ridge, IL — a village of about 11,200 residents that got its start in 1956 as the Village of Harvester, named for the International Harvester research farm nearby, and renamed itself a few years later after a ridge of bur oak trees near County Line Road. Today it’s a village of large-lot estates and gated subdivisions that straddles two counties — Cook and DuPage — and shares its I-55 corridor with hundreds of businesses and the Burr Ridge Village Center. Whether your home sits on a quarter-acre or a wooded multi-acre lot, our EPA-certified, background-checked technicians size and zone systems for the way Burr Ridge actually lives — big homes, big lots, and Chicagoland’s full range of weather — with an upfront, flat-rate price on every job.

Burr Ridge’s Trusted Heating, Cooling & Indoor Air Quality Specialists
Burr Ridge’s housing didn’t rise all at once — it grew in waves, starting with the 1947 Hinsdale Countryside Estates on one-to-two-acre lots, through the original 1956 “Harvester” core, into 1971’s Carriage Way and Braemoor neighborhoods (Carriage Way’s original Four Pines farmhouse still stands at its entrance), and on to newer gated estates like Ambriance and Ashton Woods. That range means a wider mix of home sizes and system ages than a single-era suburb — and larger lots often mean larger square footage to heat and cool. Our heating and furnace service and air conditioning teams size equipment — and design multi-zone comfort where one system can’t cover a whole estate home — to match the house you actually have.
Burr Ridge is also unusual in sitting across two counties, Cook and DuPage, right at the I-55/I-294 interchange that’s made it a genuine corporate and retail corridor — more than 500 businesses anchored by the Burr Ridge Village Center at County Line Road. We handle the commercial HVAC needs of those offices and retail spaces as well as the residential comfort of the homes around them. And with Flagg Creek running through the village on its way to the Des Plaines River, basement humidity matters here alongside big-home comfort — our indoor air quality services keep both handled year-round. We serve the neighboring communities too — Hinsdale, Western Springs, Willowbrook, and Willow Springs are all minutes away.
Complete HVAC Services for Burr Ridge Homes and Businesses
From estate homes on wooded lots to the offices along County Line Road, we service every heating and cooling system in the village.
-
Heating & Furnaces
Burr Ridge’s larger estate homes often mean larger heating loads. We repair, replace, and properly size furnace systems for square footage that outpaces the typical Chicago-area house.
-
Air Conditioning
Keep a big home comfortable through Chicagoland’s hot, humid summers with AC repair, tune-ups, and installation sized to your home’s actual layout, not guesswork.
-
Boilers & Water Heaters
Estate-sized homes need higher-capacity water heating. We service, repair, and install tank and tankless systems built for Burr Ridge’s larger households.
-
Ductless Mini-Splits
Additions, converted spaces, and bonus rooms are all great candidates for ductless comfort without a major ductwork project.
-
Repair & Maintenance
Same-day and emergency repairs across Burr Ridge, plus the Titan Comfort Plan — two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling, and 15% off repairs with no contracts required.
-
Indoor Air Quality
With Flagg Creek running through the village and clay-heavy Chicago-area soil, basement humidity is a real concern. We help Burr Ridge homes breathe easier and stay dry.
Why a Village Born as “Harvester” Still Needs Comfort Built Home by Home
Burr Ridge started life on October 30, 1956 as the Village of Harvester — about 75 homes and 300 residents named for the International Harvester experimental farm nearby, where the company had tested the world’s first all-purpose tractor, the Farmall, on 414 acres it bought back in 1917. When the young village annexed that farm site in 1961, International Harvester objected — the company didn’t want the village mistaken for a company town — so in 1962 the village renamed itself Burr Ridge, after a ridge of bur oak trees near County Line and Plainfield roads. The old farm eventually became today’s Harvester Park, complete with a Route 66-themed playground nodding to the historic highway that once ran along the village’s edge.
That short, specific history explains why Burr Ridge’s housing spans more decades than its founding year suggests: the 1947 Hinsdale Countryside Estates predate the village entirely, 1971 brought Carriage Way and Braemoor, and newer gated subdivisions have kept adding estate-scale homes ever since. That layered growth, on some of the largest lots in the southwest suburbs, means no two Burr Ridge homes need quite the same HVAC setup — an original Harvester-era house, a 1970s estate, and a new custom build can each call for different equipment sizing and zoning on the same street. Add a village that straddles both Cook and DuPage counties, and it helps to work with a contractor comfortable on both sides of the line. We size, zone, and service systems for the specific home in front of us.
