RTU install in Chicago's Little Village replacing an outdated HVAC unit with a new high-efficiency American Standard RTU. Given the unit’s size and rooftop location, we brought in a certified crane crew to safely lift and position the equipment. Our team handled all aspects — from permitting and lift planning to system commissioning. The new system is now fully operational, delivering optimized airflow, lower energy consumption, and improved comfort. Installation was completed safely, on time, and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
