Upon arrival, it was observed that the HVAC unit was powering on but not producing heat. After inspecting the system, we confirmed that all safety switches, limits, and voltage levels were functioning properly. However, further examination of the heating element revealed a defect.

Service Pro Titans recently completed an electric heat element repair in the Loop, Chicago, IL. Our technician replaced a malfunctioning contactor and rewired the connection from the contactor to the heating elements. The project also included the following tasks:
