No Cool – High Rise (Fan Coil / Water Source Heat Pump)

Our team responded to an “Emergency No Cool” in the Gold Coast area. Upon arrival, the unit wasn’t receiving cold water. Our technician noticed an issue with the supply valve for the unit and made the adjustments accordingly. Cold water started to flow through the pipe and the temperature was dropping. If water isn’t flowing properly, or the unit’s internal parts are damaged, cooling stops. Our technician also made the recommendation for necessary maintenance for the customer’s heating system to help avoid costly repairs.
